   YOU FUCKING DUMBASS!!!!! you need explorer.exe to access graphical user interface for accessing the file systems. Explorer.exe is the component of the operating system that is displayed on the monitor and enables the user to control the computer.

   No. Generally speaking, if the gui freezes, Ctrl alt Del, and kill explorer.exe, then new task, explorer.exe works
